Venus Day: Why Friday is the Best Selfcare Day
In traditional astrology, every day is governed by a planet. While Monday is for discipline and Wednesday for endurance, Friday is for the soul. Named after the Old English Frīgedæg—associated with the goddesses Frigg and Freyja (the Norse equivalents of Venus)—Friday is officially Venus Day.
