They said Lion’s Gate Portal is opening and for 18 days from July 26th until the 12th and its when the cosmic energies are open to stronger manifestations so I decided to begin a small daily practice around the Lion’s Gate season (although I must admit I don’t really know it works 🙈)

Nothing particularly complicated so I can make sure I can stick through it.

Being "chronically online" is more than a habit; it’s a physiological state that changes how we feel and think. According to new studies, there is growing cultural shift where being "always on" is starting to look less like being "informed" and more like being a passenger to an algorithm.

For the sophisticated, this lends making us less interesting, to becoming embarrassing even, yikes!

Last week I could not change my top without wincing on my left shoulder… then my right foot has me limping on one foot and well.. my fingers decided why not make a triple treat and join the “Shyrell Pain Club” too!

Just my luck! What a week to be so disabled right when there were news of heavy storm, potential tornado and on top of the war 🤦‍♀️
